September’s Health & Wellness Initiative

As we say goodbye to summer and hello to fall, it’s easy to fall back into bad eating habits. At MKTG we think it’s important to remember to eat healthy, stay active, and of course work hard! For the entire month of September we’ve incorporated the “More Matters” theme which motivates us to put down that junk food and continue eating those fruits and veggies!

Fruits and vegetables have amazing health benefits. They increase your immune system, decrease your risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer. Consuming more fruits and vegetables even assists with the fight against the bulge.

Each Wednesday our NY office makes it a bit easier for us to stay in line with our new healthy selves by surprising us with a new fruit or vegetable in our kitchen! We encourage everyone to live a healthy lifestyle and it starts with just a bit of motivation. You can do it!!

And remember….an apple a day…..
