Not to be a jerk, but how many times do we have to see this crap from yet another ad agency?

The secret I think is in this statement from Grey Group: “for the 1,200 employees, who now occupy just six floors instead of 26.”

The reality is, in order for your company to behave nimbly, you must have a nimble core. Forcing people in an open environment won’t change a damned thing unless you’re willing to alter your model. I wish them luck of course, but it didn’t work for Chiat\Day, JWT, and the countless other shops with the new “sweat shop tables” because that’s how “digital companies do it.” Agencies need to be themselves!

I can rant further, but I think you all get my drift.
