Pop-Ups Rock My World
Two of the best things about working in MKTG’s New York office are the food in Chelsea Market and the bit of green on the High Line. It’s even better when the two unite in one delicious outdoorsy moment. Case in point: Collichio & Sons’ pop-up donut stand right behind us on the High Line. Open only until mid-October, they’re serving up apple cider donuts, pumpkin spice donut holes with cream cheese frosting, and mulled apple cider. Based upon a field trip we took this afternoon, we can happily, pudgily attest that it is all delicious–the perfect bit of autumnal spice and homeyness, especially on a dreary afternoon like today.
