The Waco, Texas-based David Crowder Band used vintage toy Lite-Brites and stop-motion animation to create their video for “SMS (Shine).” It reportedly took 2,150 hours, 700,000 Lite-Brite pegs, and the help of 83 friends – and 148 pizzas – to create. (via paste)

Heart it Races Lapse Motion

without comments

Heart Race Timelapse from NYC BridgeRunners on Vimeo.

I’m not sure if this is properly called stop motion or time lapse – so I’m calling it lapse motion. Seems fair. Done by Kai Regan (who MKTG is currently collabing with on another project), the song is “Heart it Races” Architecture in Helsinki.

BTW, how sexy is the BK Bridge at dusk?
